Shipping Policy

We send all our parcels within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked Services – view all our delivery methods below. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order and a despatch email up to 48 hours after it has been fully processed. Working days include Monday - Fridays only, although some parcels can be in transit or delivered on Saturdays – this is not guaranteed. For any queries on orders that have been placed, deliveries and despatches, contact customer services at info@ampmlondon.com and quote your order number.

  • 2 - 4 Working Days

  • FREE on all orders within the UK

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Delivery

  • 1 - 2 Working Days if placed by 1pm Monday - Friday

  • £3.99 for all orders within the UK

 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed over the weekend but will not be despatched until the following Monday or working day (excludes Bank Holidays. Postcode restrictions apply).

Europe & the European Union

  • DHL or DPD Standard Delivery

  • 2 - 5 Working Days

  • Starting from £14.99

  • Price dependent on package weight

International: United Stated, Canada, Australia, Asia and Africa.

We are Official DHL Express partners and ship to all countries as stated on their website.

Shipping rate and time frame outside of the UK is calculated at the checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 14 days - 30 days for international orders.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods are not damaged, worn or stained

 

The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Goods purchased on sale or at a discounted price

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We aim to satisfy all our customers, however, we do reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only under exceptional circumstances will we consider an exchange or return of store credit.

Returning Goods

Please contact us via info@ampmlondon.com if you wish to return an order, quoting the Full Name on the order, Order Date and Number. Once accepted, you will immediately be issued a return address - UK returns. For international returns, you we can assist you in generating  You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. When returning your order, we recommend you use an insured, tracked service and keep hold of your receipt until the refund/exchange has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without  receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
